Tokyo Arrival

Welcome to Tokyo - Japan!

Upon arrival at Narita Airport, please go to lobby A at Narita Airport (or North if it’s South-North layout) and you will be greeted by our representative with the "nicetrips" logo. They will take you to the hotel to check in.

The rest of the day at leisure or explore the city on your own.

Tokyo - City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.

08.30 AM: The tour guide will come to pick-up you at the hotel lobby for the Tokyo City Tour.

The day begins with a visit to the Hokusai Museum, dedicated to the renowned Japanese artist who spent his entire life in Tokyo. Next, you’ll explore the vibrant Asakusa district, home to Senso-ji Temple, the city’s oldest temple, and the bustling Nakamise-dori street lined with traditional shops. After that we visit the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building’s observation decks in Shinjuku. Standing at 243 metres high, these observatories offer panoramic views of the sprawling city, providing a perfect introduction to the bustling metropolis of Tokyo. The rest of the day is yours to explore at your leisure.

Day 3
Tokyo - Hakone - M.t Fuji

After breakfast at the hotel, your tour guide will meet you at the lobby at 08:30 AM.

Today, you leave Tokyo and head to the scenic Hakone National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Ashi, a volcanic crater lake famous for its panoramic views of Mount Fuji. The lake’s Western-style boats provide a charming way to experience this picturesque setting, long cherished by hikers and nature lovers.

Continue your journey to Lake Kawaguchiko, the second largest of the Fuji Five Lakes, celebrated for its stunning vistas of Mount Fuji. Afterward, check in to your hotel. The evening is free for you to relax or explore the surroundings at your own pace.

Day 4
Mt. Fuji - Ninja Show - Osaka

After breakfast at the hotel, your tour guide will meet you at the lobby at 08:30 AM.

Depart Kawaguchiko and travel by coach to Mount Fuji’s 5th Station (weather permitting). Located halfway up Japan’s tallest peak, this station offers a unique perspective of one of the country’s three sacred mountains. On clear days, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the summit rising above the clouds.

After exploring the Mount Fuji area, continue to Mie to experience an exciting Ninja performance, showcasing the legendary skills and traditions of Japan’s shadow warriors.

Next, proceed to Osaka. Upon arrival, the rest of your evening is free for relaxation or independent exploration.

Day 5
Osaka - Nara City Tour

After breakfast, 8.30 AM, depart for Nara, Japan’s first capital and home to timeless treasures. Visit the majestic Tōdai-ji Temple, housing the awe-inspiring Great Buddha, and stroll through Nara Park, where friendly sika deer roam freely. Return to Osaka and discover the vibrant Dōtonbori district, renowned for its street food, shopping, and dazzling neon signs, including the famous Glico Man and Kani Doraku crab. The evening is yours to explore the city at leisure.

Day 6
Osaka - Free Day

Today is yours to explore Osaka at leisure. Wander through its vibrant shopping districts, sample local delicacies, or visit iconic landmarks such as Osaka Castle. For those who wish, an optional guided tour to Kyoto is available, offering a chance to discover some of Japan’s most celebrated sights.

Kyoto Optional Tour - Don’t miss it!:  Day Trip to Kyoto

Walk among the towering stalks of the magical Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, and admire the scenic Togetsukyo Bridge across the Katsura River. Osaka - Departure

How do I make a reservation and how do I pay?

To reserve your tour, please contact Nicetrip Travels or submit a booking request through our website. Your booking is only confirmed after we receive the required deposit and issue an official confirmation.

Nicetrip Travels offers a 3-step payment plan:

  • Deposit: USD 300 per person.
  • Second payment: Up to 70% of the total tour price.
  • Final payment: The remaining balance, due 90 days before departure

We currently accept credit card payments, PayPal transfer and international bank transfer.

 

Are international flights included in the tour price?

Yes. Most Nicetrip Travels package tours include round-trip international airfare from major airports across the United States.

Please note that flight availability and fares may change depending on airline seat availability, fuel costs, route changes or other operating conditions. Once flight tickets are issued, they are usually non-refundable and any changes must follow the airline’s rules and applicable fees.

 

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Nicetrip Travels offers a 7-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind within 7 days from your initial booking, your first deposit can be fully refunded.

After this period, our standard cancellation policy applies:

  • 120+ days before departure: Full deposit refund, excluding any non-refundable third-party fees
  • 119–60 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • 59–30 days before departure: 70% cancellation fee
  • Within 29 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee, no refund.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 30 days after the cancellation request is officially confirmed.

 

What should I know before joining the tour?

Our sightseeing itineraries are designed for travelers with an average level of fitness. Guests should be able to walk at least 2 km per day, move on uneven surfaces and climb stairs without personal assistance.

Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your planned return date. If you hold a U.S. passport, tourist travel to Japan is currently visa-free for stays under 90 days.

For a smoother trip, guests are also expected to respect local customs, including being punctual, keeping quiet on public transportation, following smoking rules and understanding that tipping is not customary in Japan.
