Welcome to Nicetrip Travels. These Comprehensive Terms of Service and User Policies govern your relationship with Nicetrip Travels when accessing our website or booking our travel packages. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

All tour cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Nicetrip Travels.

Cancellation charges are determined based on the number of calendar days remaining between the date Nicetrip Travels receives the cancellation request and the scheduled tour departure date.

The following cancellation terms apply after the 7-day cooling-off period has expired:

Important Conditions:

• The initial deposit of USD 300 per person becomes non-refundable once the 7-day cooling-off period has expired.

• Any applicable cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total tour price, not solely on the outstanding balance.

• All payments previously made, including the initial deposit, will be credited toward the applicable cancellation charges. The initial deposit will not be charged separately or deducted twice.

• Any refundable balance, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Section 3 of this policy.

• Exceptions may apply under the Special Circumstances provisions of this policy or where required by applicable law.

2. COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Nicetrip Travels provides a 7-day cooling-off period for customers to reconsider their tour bookings.

The cooling-off period begins on the Booking Confirmation Date, defined as the date Nicetrip Travels issues written booking confirmation after successfully receiving the initial deposit.

The cooling-off period expires at 11:59 PM Vietnam Time (GMT+7) on the seventh calendar day following the Booking Confirmation Date.

Within the 7-day cooling-off period:

Customers may cancel their reservations for any reason and receive a 100% refund of their initial deposit of USD 300 per person, without any cancellation penalty imposed by Nicetrip Travels.

After the 7-day cooling-off period:

The initial deposit becomes non-refundable, and all subsequent cancellation requests will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges outlined in Section 1 of this policy.

Any refund transactions will be processed in accordance with Section 3.

3. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be initiated by Nicetrip Travels within 30 calendar days after the cancellation request has been officially confirmed and the applicable refund amount has been determined.

Refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method, where supported.

Refund Amount and Transaction Fees

• Nicetrip Travels will initiate a refund for the amount payable to the customer in USD, as determined under this Cancellation Policy.

• For cancellations eligible for a full deposit refund during the 7-day cooling-off period, Nicetrip Travels will initiate a refund of the full initial deposit of USD 300 per person, without deducting any cancellation penalty.

• Refund transactions may be subject to fees imposed by banks, intermediary financial institutions or third-party payment service providers.

• Any fees charged to customers by their financial institutions or payment service providers in connection with receiving a refund shall be the customers’ responsibility, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Where currency conversion is involved, the final amount received in the customer’s local currency may vary due to prevailing exchange rates, currency conversion charges or other fees imposed by the relevant financial institutions.

• Nicetrip Travels is responsible for initiating the approved refund amount but cannot guarantee the exact amount credited in a different currency after independent third-party fees or currency conversion charges have been applied.

Any additional refund-related transfer charges imposed directly by Nicetrip Travels, if applicable, must be disclosed to the customer before the refund is processed.

Nicetrip Travels will not make any additional deductions from an approved refund unless such deductions are expressly permitted under this policy, agreed upon by the customer or required by applicable law.
