Upon arrival at Narita Airport, after completing immigration procedures and collecting your luggage, please proceed to the arrival hall and look for our representative holding a sign with the "nicetrips" logo. Our staff will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.

The day begins with a visit to the Hokusai Museum, dedicated to the renowned Japanese artist who spent much of his life in Tokyo.

Next, explore the vibrant Asakusa district, home to Senso-ji Temple, Tokyo's oldest temple, and Nakamise-dori Street, a lively shopping avenue lined with traditional stores and local specialties.

Continue to the observation decks of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building in Shinjuku. Standing 243 meters (797 feet) above the city, these observatories offer panoramic views of Tokyo's vast urban landscape and provide an excellent introduction to Japan's dynamic capital.

Tokyo - Lake Ashi Cruise - Fuji Scenic Lakes

Today, depart Tokyo and travel to the scenic Hakone National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a relaxing cruise on Lake Ashi, a volcanic crater lake renowned for its spectacular views of Mount Fuji. The lake's charming Western-style sightseeing boats provide a memorable way to experience this beautiful landscape, long admired by hikers and nature enthusiasts.

Osaka - Free Day

Kobe Harborland - White Heron Castle - Hiroshima

At 8:30 AM, your tour guide will meet you in the hotel lobby to begin your day. 

Your journey begins in the vibrant port city of Kobe. Explore the scenic waterfront area of Kobe Harborland and take a photo with the iconic BE KOBE monument, a beloved symbol of the city.

Continue to the magnificent Himeji Castle, often referred to as the "White Heron Castle." Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Himeji Castle is Japan's finest surviving example of traditional castle architecture and consists of 83 historic structures. Its elegant white exterior, said to resemble a heron in flight - hence its nickname Shirasagi-jo ("White Heron Castle") - makes it one of Japan's most celebrated landmarks.

After exploring Himeji Castle, continue to Hiroshima and check in to your hotel.

Miyajima Island - Hiroshima Peace Memorial - Osaka

After free time to explore Omotesando Shopping Street and enjoy lunch, return to Hiroshima.

This afternoon, visit the Atomic Bomb Dome, a powerful reminder of the devastation caused by the atomic bombing of Hiroshima in 1945. Preserved as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it stands today as a symbol of peace and resilience.

Continue to Nishi Hongwan-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most important temples of the Jodo Shinshu Buddhist sect. Admire its impressive wooden architecture and rich cultural heritage.

In the afternoon, visit the iconic Kiyomizu-dera Temple, perched on a hillside overlooking Kyoto. How do I make a reservation and how do I pay?

To reserve your tour, please contact Nicetrip Travels or submit a booking request through our website. Your booking is only confirmed after we receive the required deposit and issue an official confirmation.

Nicetrip Travels offers a 3-step payment plan:

  • Deposit: USD 300 per person.
  • Second payment: Up to 70% of the total tour price.
  • Final payment: The remaining balance, due 90 days before departure

We currently accept credit card payments, PayPal transfer and international bank transfer.

 

Are international flights included in the tour price?

Yes. Most Nicetrip Travels package tours include round-trip international airfare from major airports across the United States.

Please note that flight availability and fares may change depending on airline seat availability, fuel costs, route changes or other operating conditions. Once flight tickets are issued, they are usually non-refundable and any changes must follow the airline’s rules and applicable fees.

 

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Nicetrip Travels offers a 7-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind within 7 days from your initial booking, your first deposit can be fully refunded.

After this period, our standard cancellation policy applies:

  • 120+ days before departure: Full deposit refund, excluding any non-refundable third-party fees
  • 119–60 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • 59–30 days before departure: 70% cancellation fee
  • Within 29 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee, no refund.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 30 days after the cancellation request is officially confirmed.

 

What should I know before joining the tour?

Our sightseeing itineraries are designed for travelers with an average level of fitness. Guests should be able to walk at least 2 km per day, move on uneven surfaces and climb stairs without personal assistance.

Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your planned return date. If you hold a U.S. passport, tourist travel to Japan is currently visa-free for stays under 90 days.

For a smoother trip, guests are also expected to respect local customs, including being punctual, keeping quiet on public transportation, following smoking rules and understanding that tipping is not customary in Japan.
