1. Payment Methods

Customers may select one of the payment methods supported by Nicetrips, including:

Credit Card Payment

Customers may make payments through the payment system integrated with or connected to a payment service provider.

Customers’ payment card information shall be processed by the relevant payment service provider and shall not be stored on Nicetrips’ systems.

PayPal Payment

Customers may complete payments through their PayPal accounts.

Payment transactions shall be processed directly by PayPal in accordance with applicable security standards for online payment transactions.

Nicetrips does not access or store customers’ complete payment card information.

International Bank Transfer

Customers may make international bank transfers using the bank account details provided by Nicetrips during the booking process.

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the receiving account information before making any payment transaction.

Nicetrips shall not be responsible for any loss or consequences arising from customers transferring funds to incorrect account information, providing inaccurate transaction details, or making payments through channels not officially announced by Nicetrips.

2. Online Payment Process

Customers may make payments directly through the Nicetrips website using online payment methods integrated into our system.

The online payment process is conducted as follows:

• Customers select their preferred tour package, provide necessary booking information, and review all details before proceeding with payment.
• Customers select an available online payment method provided on the website.
• Customers enter required payment information as requested by the payment service provider.
• The payment system receives and processes the transaction and provides payment status notifications to customers.
• Upon successful payment completion, Nicetrips shall send a tour booking confirmation to the customer through the contact information provided.

Customers’ online payment information shall be processed through appropriate payment systems.

Nicetrips does not store customers’ complete payment card information on its systems, except where permitted by applicable laws or where such storage is necessary to complete transactions in accordance with agreements with customers.

3. Payment Information Security

Nicetrips applies appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of customers’ payment information during transactions conducted through our website.

The following security principles shall apply:

• Payment information shall only be used for the purposes of processing transactions, confirming tour bookings, and fulfilling obligations related to the provision of Travel Services.
• Nicetrips shall not use customers’ payment information for purposes other than the relevant transactions established with customers.
• Nicetrips shall not disclose customers’ payment information to third parties, except where necessary to process transactions, provide Travel Services, or comply with lawful requests from competent state authorities.
• Payment Service Providers shall be responsible for protecting customers’ transaction information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and their own privacy and security policies.
